- Your Privacy Matters

- Age Requirement
To use Liquillo, you must be 21 years or older. Those under 21 are not permitted to use our platform.
- Be Honest, Provide Accurate Information
We value honesty. Please provide accurate information about yourself. Using false information or impersonating others is prohibited.
- Your Content
What you post using our Services is yours (“Your Content”). You’re responsible for it, ensuring you have the necessary rights and not infringing on others’ rights. By posting Your Content, you grant Liquillo permission to use it to enhance our platform.
- Use of Our Services
We grant you a limited license to use our Services. Please don’t use them to break the law, harm our systems, or try to steal our stuff. Follow our Trademark Policy, share your ideas, and cooperate with us.
- Termination
You can terminate your account or profile at any time, and we may terminate or suspend your account or profile if you violate our Terms. The Terms remain in effect even after termination.
- Warranties and Limitation of Liability
We don’t manufacture items; our producers do. We’re not responsible for item quality, safety, or legality. You release Liquillo from any claims related to items discovered through our Services.
- Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver
For users in North or South America, disputes will be settled through binding individual arbitration, with limited exceptions.
- Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms, and if they’re significant, we’ll let you know in advance. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Some Finer Legal Points
The Terms, including policies, replace any prior agreements. If any part is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of the Terms doesn’t waive our right to do so later.
- Right to Remove or Edit Producer Profile
Business owners reserve the right to remove of edit producer profiles. Contact info@liquillo.com with proof of ownership, ideally the photo of an ID that corresponds to the business’s ABC information. The ID address and number can be blocked, the only info needed is name and photo.
