Parrish Family Vineyard epitomizes sustainable farming, weaving ecological practices into every vineyard facet. Owl houses nurture barn owls for natural rodent control and for fostering a balanced ecosystem. Barley rows amongst the vinest minimize weeds, reducing chemical reliance and promoting overall vineyard health. Using rich compost and organic teas enrich the vineyard soil, while seaweed infusions and water stewardship sustainably nurture the vines. Parrish also has perserved a substantial portion of the Creston ranch for wildlife, creating a harmonious habitat.
Rooted in a grape-growing legacy, David Parrish's five-decade expertise, including work in Napa, shapes the vineyard's success. Returning to the Central Coast in 1995, David applied innovative trellis design patents to establish a thriving Creston vineyard. The state-of-the-art Adelaida winery, operational since 2017, embodies efficiency and precision. Focused on Bordeaux varieties and select varietals, including Zinfandel and Chardonnay, Parrish Family Vineyard crafts exceptional wines. The winery, paired with a welcoming tasting room, showcases the Parrish family's commitment to sustainable excellence, completing a remarkable journey in winemaking.

We are definitely regular Parrish family members and each visit is so special. Come regularly and get to know Lupita, Jonathan, and Sheila. You may even get a chance to see David lol. They are truly the best hosts. The wines are spectacular and the food is delicious. If you’re like us, you will have constant battles at to which vintage you like the best. Ask them to do a side by side! So much fun KimB

Parrish Family Vineyard is a gem hidden in the hills of Paso Robles. My wife and I stopped here for lunch on a recent weekend getaway and were delighted by both the wine and the food.The BLT my wife had was simple but delicious - thick cut bacon, fresh tomatoes and lettuce on sourdough. For me, the lamb enchiladas were a flavorful surprise! 😋The filling was hearty and full of flavor from the spices.We enjoyed a flight of five wines while taking in the beautiful vineyard views. The cabernet sauvignon stood out as balanced and complex.If you're looking for a laidback lunch with excellent wine, don't miss Parrish Family Vineyard.
We had an amazing experience at Parrish Family Vineyards. We had heard about the famous "B.L.T.A." sandwich so we decided to stop in and give it a try. Luckily for us we arrived early before they got busy and decided to do a tasting as well. We were impressed from the start. Their white wines were an excellent blend of crisp bright flavors and a slight dry finish to big bold flavors from the cabs that had an incredible silkiness and smoothness that we've found only in Napa. David Parrish has mastered the art of extracting full bold flavors from his grapes yet leaving them just dry enough for our taste. The whole experience from start to finish was nothing short of amazing! From the excellent service provided by Lupita to the chance meeting and subsequent amazing conversation with David Parrish himself we became instant fans of this winery. Oh, and the B.L.T.A. was pretty good too!
Our first time here and we LOVED it. Actually came for their famous BLTA and not only was it spot it, their lamb enchilada and pumpkin spice skillet cookie with ice cream were beyond delicious.And to top it off, their vino was great and paired well with the food. David, the wine maker, also made time to come by and chat with guests which was unexpected and such a treat.After our lunch and tasting, we ordered full glasses of the Silken cab blend and sat back to enjoy the view of the Adelaida region from their deck.Food is even better than some of the expensive spots in town. We are so glad we discovered this winery and their food menu!
A pleasant place to wile away the afternoon. Love the farmhouse-style tasting room with a shaded, breezy porch. Super friendly and unpretentious staff. Solid wines, with the reserve cab being the highlight.
2ns stop on our bday winery tour was Parrish Winery for a tasting and lunch. We enjoyed 5 tastings from Rosé, Chardonnay, single varietal Reds to blended Red wines. I enjoyed most of them, as mostly all wines in Paso Robles are fantastic. I thought the service was done well and the wine server was well versed in the wine lingo these days. I ordered the BLT, which was absolutely 💯 amazing! Others ordered the patty melt and toastadas. We all agreed that the BLT was the best of all ordered items. I recommend ordering in advance of your tasting, so you can enjoy both at the same time like we did. As with most wineries, if you buy 2 or more bottles, the tasting is free.If you are in Paso for the weekend, do check out this lovely place. Carmen approved!
