The crown jewel of Optio's endeavors is the LaMar Vineyard, perched atop a 1,100-foot elevation hill, nestled at the tail end of the Templeton Gap within the newly designated Geneseo AVA. This estate vineyard serves as the wellspring for their limited production, available exclusively through their mailing list and select Paso Robles restaurants.
