Sustainable
Established in 1999, Jada Vineyard in Paso Robles' Willow Creek District is a wonderful example of sustainable winemaking. From golden barley fields, the Messina and Riboli families transformed 95 acres into a haven for crafting world-class Rhônes and Bordeauxs. Named after the Hebraic word for ""thankful one,"" Jada wines, with a commitment to organic farming since 2022, reflect a unique terroir, showcasing high acidity, medium pH, and the capability to age for over a decade.
The craftsmanship in winemaking involves co-fermentations, meticulous sorting, and thoughtful aging, resulting in wines with varietal purity and balanced structure. With 55 acres of vines embracing eight varieties, the estate's diverse terroir contributes to the wines' complexity and character. Situated on a high-elevation slope, Jada's commitment to organic farming ensures a healthy ecosystem, embracing reduced vigor in vines and decreased berry size for intense fruit and minerality.
In the heart of Paso Robles' Willow Creek District, Jada Vineyard stands as a beacon of sustainable winemaking, crafting wines that resonate with a deep connection to the land.
