Established in 2000, this vineyard sits at an elevation of 1,100 feet, graced by limestone and calcareous soils reminiscent of Bordeaux and the Rhone Valley. With sweeping views of Paso Robles, the 25-acre estate produces seven varietals, and serves as the canvas for crafting wines that transcend taste to offer unforgettable experiences. Kory and Catherine's story began with Dudley Vineyard, a 2-acre haven where they nurtured Zinfandel vines and honed their winemaking skills. Their serendipitous encounter with Gelfand Vineyards and its passionate owner enriched their expertise, culminating in the creation of Dresser Winery. In homage to the area's legacy, Dresser Winery carries forth the commitment to crafting spectacular full-bodied reds. The vineyard, situated on picturesque rolling hills, thrives at an elevation of 1,100 feet on Paso Robles' east side. Seven distinct varietals grace this soil, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Zinfandel, Tempranillo, Malbec, and Sangiovese. The wine is really good! Definitely a must-go place if I visit Paso again. (BTW don’t follow the Google map suggestion to drive thru Dresser ranch PI. It is a tiny road and is hard to drive thru especially during raining days.)
Had a great wine tasting experience at Dresser Winery a week from harvest time. Grounds were beautiful and so serene! We sampled so many great wines here but didn't fully appreciate the quality of these wines until we opened up Daydreams for the holidays! Truly an exceptional wine! So glad we became members as we can't wait for our next shipment! Our favorite winery from this Paso east side tour!
Beautiful winery! I visited in the slower season and was treated to a personal tasting by the owner. Thoroughly enjoyed the wine, learning the history of the winery and the scenery. Highly recommend!
Fantastic winery!! Big bold red wines, beautiful intimate grounds, and great staff. I love it when the owner/winemaker takes the time to spend time with the guest, Kory will definitely make it a fun time. Strongly recommend visiting.
This is a unique and intimate wine tasting experience that you wont get anywhere else. My husband and I did a tasting with the owner, Kory. He toured us around the property and it felt just like we were at a friend's house. The conversations were organic, the views were amazing, and the wine was just as amazing. We took home a bottle of Sigh-la, their rosé. We can't wait to tell our friends and family to make a reservation for a tasting at Dresser!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here! Chatted with the owner for a while and got a lot of really interesting insights into the wine making process. The wines there were also the best I’ve tasted in Paso, especially the Zinfandel! Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.
