CRUSH Vineyard's philosophy centers around sustainable and organic viticulture practices, epitomizing their belief that exceptional wine begins with exceptional grapes. Their estate, nestled in the rugged terrain of the Adelaida District, boasts highly calcareous soils, creating an ideal environment for their signature varietals: Tannat and Tempranillo. These lesser-traveled grapes are meticulously nurtured, handpicked, and transformed into small-batch productions.
In the cellar, a minimalist winemaking approach takes precedence. Native yeast and low intervention techniques guide the transformation from grape to bottle. Aged in a blend of new and neutral French oak, the result is a portfolio of dynamic, well-balanced wines with bold flavors meant to be savored both now and for years to come.
